Removing the Windows 10 Login Password

  1. Run ‘netplwiz’.
  2. A ‘User Accounts’ dialogue will appear.
  3. Click the account for which you wish to remove the password.
  4. Untick the box that says ‘Users must enter a user name and password to use this computer.’
  5. Type in the current password to prove you have access to the chosen account.
  6. Click ‘OK’ to close the ‘User Accounts’ dialogue.
